Bernadette Kimemia, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Dr. Bernadette Kimemia, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C PMHNP (Dr. B) is a Board- Certified Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Injector. She is the Founder of Housecall Doctors of Pacific Northwest, Housecall Doctors of Central Florida, and HRT & IV Hydration Wellness Center with offices in Everett Washington and Orlando, Florida.

She earned her Bachelor’s nursing degree at Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. She earned Masters of Nursing degree in Family and Psychiatry Medicine. She also holds a Doctoral Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University earned from Downer Grove, IL.

Dr. B is a fervent learner, leader, and expert in her field with a genuine heartfelt passion of caring for others. Having been born and raised in a small village in Kenya, East Africa by a mother who played a role of the “village nurse” attending to all sorts of emergent distress health calls with humility, poise, and grit with meagre to no resources was the underpinning of her passion. Her passion is centered on improving health care accessibility, she’s an attentive listener who always makes time for her patients. She’s ready to guide every aspect of her patients’ care in promoting each individual's Health, Harmony, and Happiness.

Dr. B is Committed to providing quality, individualized evidence-based practice care to each individual she serves. Having amassed over 15 years of experience including Emergency Medicine, Critical care, Family Medicine, Mental & Psychiatry and Community health services she bears adept knowledge to meeting your health and wellness needs. She has earned numerous awards and recognition throughout her career testifying her dedication to excellence in her field of Nursing. She continues in expanding her knowledge and education to stay abreast with updates within healthcare.

Dr. B is a Humanitarian involved with numerous causes in her home, Kenya. She has founded several schools in Kenya focused on children of teenage moms. She is also at the heart of initiatives centered in providing resources in education and healthcare in remote areas in Kenya.
 
Dr. B is a wife, mother and entrepreneur who recognizes the importance of providing safe and welcoming experience for everyone. She has six children 3 girls and boys (3 adopted and 3 biological) and loves the noise, chaos, and ever palpable
energy of a large family. When she is not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her children, husband and 2 Fury Siberian Huskies who she considers to be her compass.
